This policy explains how SkillCost Meter handles information when you visit the site, request checkout, contact support, or use the skill cost forecasting service.

Information we process

We may process account contact details, billing status returned by NOWPayments, product usage events, uploaded or pasted skill content, task examples, tool lists, support messages, device and log data, and security signals needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide forecasts, run simulations, maintain team directories, process checkout, prevent abuse, improve reliability, respond to support requests, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are handled by NOWPayments and supported payment infrastructure. We do not store cryptocurrency private keys or full payment credentials. Blockchain transactions may be public, irreversible, and subject to network conditions outside our control.

Skill content

Customers are responsible for removing secrets, personal data, confidential third-party material, and regulated data from skill files unless they have a lawful basis and appropriate authorization to submit it. We use submitted content only to provide and secure the service, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Service providers and transfers

We may use hosting, analytics, support, payment, security, and AI infrastructure providers. Data may be processed in countries different from your location, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal duties, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Customers may request deletion, subject to legal and security exceptions.
