Service

SkillCost Meter provides software for estimating AI agent skill runtime cost, token usage, retry risk, ROI, QA blockers, team directory metadata, and skill pack pricing. Forecasts are estimates and do not guarantee future costs, revenue, marketplace approval, or operational outcomes.

Accounts and authority

You must have authority to submit skill files, task examples, tool lists, and related content. You are responsible for user access, workspace activity, and content submitted through your account or purchasing workflow.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, upload malware, submit secrets without authorization, bypass security, overload infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or evaluate skills intended for harmful activity.

Payments and plans

Paid plans are billed through NOWPayments. Unless a separate written agreement applies, fees are due at checkout. Cryptocurrency and blockchain payments can be irreversible and subject to exchange-rate, network, and provider conditions. Refund requests are reviewed case by case when legally required or when we determine the purchased service was not made available.

SkillCost Meter does not provide legal, financial, tax, security certification, or investment advice. Customers should use their own professional review for decisions that require it.

Customer content

You keep ownership of your submitted content. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, and secure that content for the service. You are responsible for ensuring the content may lawfully be submitted and processed.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability, address risk, comply with law, or protect users. We aim to avoid unreasonable disruption to paid customers.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that forecasts will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every marketplace, runtime, or compliance program.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillCost Meter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
